MASSA:
1 lata de leite condensado
320 ml de leite
1 copo de Requeijão Friolack
1/2 xícara (chá) de Queijo Ralado Friolack
4 ovos
Manteiga para untar
Açúcar cristal para polvilhar
PREPARO:
No liquidificador, bata todos os ingredientes por 3 minutos ou até ficar homogêneo. Despeje em fôrma de cone central (17,5 de diâmetro no fundo x 6 cm de altura) untada com manteiga e polvilhada com açúcar cristal. Cubra com papel-alumínio e leve ao forno médio preaquecido (180 °C), em banho-maria, por 1 hora. Deixe amornar e leve à geladeira por umas 2 horas antes de desenformar. Sirva, se desejar, com goiabada derretida.
