MASSA:
250 g de manteiga Friolack
2 colheres de creme de leite
2 gemas
1 pitada de sal
4 xícaras de farinha de trigo
Preparo: Misture todos os ingredientes da massa, até soltar das mãos. Forre as forminhas com a massa e leve-as ao forno a 210º C por cerca de 10 a 15 minutos. Reserve.
RECHEIO:
1 copo de creme de leite sem soro
4 ovos inteiros
2 colheres de Requeijão Friolack
2 colheres de farinha de trigo
2 colheres de creme de cebola
1/2 xícara de Queijo Ralado Friolack
2 claras em neve
Modo de preparo
Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, exceto as claras. Misture com as claras em neve. Coloque nas forminhas com a massa pré-cozida e leve ao forno para finalizar o cozimento.
