MODO DE PREPARO
Descasque as cebolas e as batatas e pique-as em pedaços grandes. Coloque o azeite em uma panela de pressão com as cebolas e dê uma refogada. Acrescente as batatas a água e tampe. Deixe na pressão por 15 minutos. Tire a pressão, feito isso, bata essa sopa no liquidificador ou na própria panela com mixer. Leve ao fogo novamente, acrescente o orégano os Queijos Friolack e o sal. Depois que ferver e derreter os Queijos Friolack, desligue o fogo e acrescente o creme de leite.
